Drop Off Hours
9am - 3pm, Mon - Fri

In-shop repair queue approx. 5-7 business days.

  • Labor: $130 per hour/minimum

    Travel: $65 up to 15 miles from our office in Tukwila, WA.
    +$25 per additional 10 miles outside the 15 mile radius from our office.

    NOTE: There is a 1 hour minimum labor fee for any service. Travel fees apply any time a Coffee Technician comes out to your location.

  • Our service manager will contact you via email or phone to go over your service needs and confirm your spot in our queue.

  • Our shop queue varies and at this time there is about a 1 week wait until your machine gets on the repair bench. We will contact you once it is repaired/serviced or if we find anything that would require cost approval before continuing the service.


  • COMMERCIAL EQUIPMENT
    Our field coffee technician vans are stocked with most wear and tear parts for the following commercial equipment:

    • La Marzocco (Home & Commercial)

    • Nuova Simonelli

    • Slayer

    • Synesso

    • Bunn

    • Fetco

    • Mazzer

    • Ditting

    • Mahlkonig

    We service other commercial machines in the field but may require a return trip if a part order is needed for something specific to your machine’s make/model.

    Our service manager will review your request to determine your equipment’s serviceability before confirming your appointment.

    HOME EQUIPMENT
    We service La Marzocco Home equipment in the field and in-shop.

    All other home espresso machines are serviced in-shop.
